Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, you may request a return and refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be reported to us within 7 days of delivery
  • Be in its original condition
  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Not show any signs of damage caused after delivery

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged/defective area
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If the damage or defect is confirmed, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow the applicable processing time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for items that:

  • Have been worn, washed, altered, or used
  • Have been damaged after delivery
  • Have been damaged due to improper care
  • Are returned after the 7-day return period
  • Do not meet the eligibility requirements above

Change of Mind

At this time, MS Attires does not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, unless the item received is confirmed to be damaged or defective.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details and sizing information before placing an order.
